Lizzo

LizzoLizzo was part of a rock group called Prog where she sang, and occasionally played her flute. Her family had relocated to Denver which left Lizzo on her own to start her career in Houston. Lizzo was a car owner, sometimes slept on carpets in her recording studio and showering at the gym. Lizzo's father died when she was only twenty-one years old. It was a tragic loss for the two of them as they had been extremely close. After the passing of her father, she left the prog rock group. After a brief stop in Denver in 2010, Lizzo moved to Minneapolis on the advice of a friend in 2011. She soon became a part of Minneapolis' music scene. She performed with girl groups Chalice and GRRRL PRTY. Her debut album, Lizzobangers was released in 2013 on an independent label.
